Not only will you get first priority on the adoption of an animal of your choice, but you’ll also be upgraded for this one-of-a-kind ULTIMATE adoption! This package includes the adoption fee, 30 days of pet health insurance, a microchip, a one-year license, and initial veterinary exam and vaccinations provided by Cheyenne Mountain Animal Hospital. Your pet will also receive a dog training class from All Breed Rescue and Training and a grooming appointment with Top Dog Mobile Grooming. Support homeless pets by attending an exclusive summer garden party located in one of Colorado Springs’ finest homes. Dr. Greg Solich and Lonnie Sodee will host a summer soiree on the grounds of their historic home on Wood Avenue in the Old North End. This grand event is designed to bring together animal lovers and furry friends from Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region and will feature elegant stations of entrées, sumptuous summer salads, and delectable sides, plus wine and beer pairings. Guests will mix and mingle in the garden and have the opportunity to meet adoptable animals from HSPPR. Attendance is capped at 24 and seats will be sold in multiples of 2.

As part of this unique package, your pet will receive a photo session at Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region from Sarah Matula Photography and be featured on HSPPR’s home page,, with a link to his or her special bio. If your furry friend is a Fido (dog), he will lead off HSPPR’s Pawtoberfest event on September 14, 2019. If your furry friend is a Fluffy (cat), she’ll be the face of a cat adoption sale during 2019. Includes three posts on HSPPR’s Facebook page (more than 37,000 followers) and be mentioned in two email blasts to more than 35,000 people. Additionally, your pet’s photo will be used on a printed HSPPR publication!

YOU can help Humane Society of the Pikes Peak Region build our first-ever specially designed doggie playground to help shelter dogs socialize, burn off energy, and ultimately become great companions. Research shows shelter dogs who participate in play groups are adopted more quickly and present their best selves when potential adopters walk past their kennels. The proceeds of this auction package will provide dogs in our shelter with heavy-duty play equipment designed to create a safe space to run, jump, and climb! The winning bidder will receive permanent name recognition within the playground and an invitation to the opening ceremony. As an added bonus, it includes a private consultation and lesson for your own pets with our Behavior Manager Fernando Diaz.
